No. You must sign up with RETRAN to use any QwikView product.

No. Qwikview is powerfull, lightweight desktop software that connects to a data server to bring you ALL the properties in foreclosure in lightning speed. You will no longer need to spend hours clicking your way through web pages.
Is there a QwikView Demo available?
Yes. QwikView Lite will give you all the Foreclosure data updated daily.
Does a subscription to QwikView include phone numbers?
Yes. All the properties in default are submitted to a high quality service for determining phone numbers for the homeowners by Retran.
Can I use my cars built in GPS for door knocking?
No. Currently in car GPS systems cannot hook to a computer to allow the transfere of foreclosure data.
Where do I buy a GPS?
Do a google for “Garmin GPS”. All Garmin GPS models are supported. (Make sure you update the street maps online after you make your purchase. This will install Mapsource on your computer)
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. This is our way of offering a guarantee that you will be satisfied with QwikView. Unlike other software vendors that have a large one time cost, with QwikView, all you ever have to loose is one months subscription.
Can several of us share a QwikView Deluxe Subscription?
No. Like your RETRAN subscription, QwikView aill only allow one user per account.
Is QwikView “Computer Dummy” friendly?
Yes. QwikView is very intuitive. You are also entitled to full phone support as a subscriber. We will take the time to make sure you can install the software, launch it and load some data. We will even show you how to use the features.
